situación inmejorable, casi enfrente del edificio Chrysler. Personal de recepción muy agradable. Siempre había algún hispano-parlante . ¡Queremos volver¡. Recomendaremos este hotel a nuestros amigos Desayuno caro. Pero tiene diversos locales cercanos donde se puede desayunar a precios muy razonables . |

Sobretot les vistes des del pis 39 on erem, impressionants, amb el Chrysler al costar mateix. L'habitacio molt correcta i neta i ben equipada. La poca pressio de l'aigua a la dutxa. |

Excellent location and a clean nice room on higher floors. Use of Internet was terribly expensive: 10 $ per 15 minutes. The breakfast table was not on the level of a 4 star hotel: for example only one type of cheese and meat available |

Free internet. Fast checkout. I was in a hurry and the check-out Ms. Pei was extremely efficient and pleasant enough. Yes. At check-in I had the bad luck to deal with a surly, incompetent staff. She claimed that my credit card was "declined", when in fact it was not. She became rude when I asked for a king size bed instead of the room with 2 beds she offered. I did not have time to argue or complain. |
