Läget är utmärkt, hotellet rent och snyggt. De höll på att ominstallera hissarna, vilka inte fungerade, prisläget i New York är sådant att inget hotell ger valuta för pengarna |

Standarden super. Luktade gott. En av de manliga receptionisterna hade en dålig dag. Det var synd men skall inte straffa hotellet i övrigt. |

Det bästa var en duktig concierge, en lite äldre kvinna, minns ej hennes namn. Hon var snabb och hade alltid bra tips på vad det fanns att göra i NY. Alltid lång väntan på hissarna..... |

Comfortable beds For the price, which was not cheap. Lack of wardrobe space (one small cupboard) and no facilities in room. Kettle, Fridge etc. Would not recommend due to the lack of facilities. |

Room was very nice. it was a good size and very clean. nice plasma TV also It was expensive 2700 dollars for eight nights. Also the receptionists were very rude. |

The excellent location Internet access should be offered. As well a coffee machine is usual for these class hotels. |

It was close to everything we wanted to see. Close to subway. It had a strong fragrance at the hotel entry that annoyed both my wife and myself. They should consider changing it to a more neutral fragrance or eliminating it. |

the location was superb; the hotel came up to all expectations. All the staff were polite and helpful and we enjoyed our stay 100%. watch out for your phone bill if you use the hotel telephone, charges are extortionate and the rates should be displayed clearly in the room by the phone. Also found the lifts a little dodgy but there were notices up saying the lifts were being worked on. |

Location - hotel is within easy walking distance of most mid-town attractions, venues, restaurants and shops. Room was unexpectedly large. Lifts were slow and always congested. Allocated room with no external view. |

Location Location Location. The quick checkout system-They slip a reciept under your door during the night of your last stay and if the totals are ok you can just leave you do not need to que to check out. |
