The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help.the room was clean and the hotel was very well maintained.they are in the process of opening a new bar/restuarant.good location.5mins walk to shopping and bars. Pick up and drop off at the hotel for wrentham village outlet shops. Hotel has all the facilities you would need. Lounge/resturant a bit quiet... |

I know that the British do not keep their homes as warm as we do, but they maintained our room at 67 degrees. Each day when we returned we had to call to get the heat turned up. There was a thermostat in the room but it was totally ineffective. It was there for "looks". The last day it took 3 hours for them to show up. Lovely stay, really fantastic facilities. Staff are really courteous and friendly. Concierge desk helpful, sorted us out with places we wanted to go, and ferry tickets to Provincetown. Would definitely stay again - but only with a discount for booking via internet! It is a bit on the expensive side, but was the cheapest we could find in downtown Boston. |

Checkin was quick and easy. A huge clump of hair was stuck on the shower wall. Hallway musty odour. Ice machine was broken during entire stay. Front Desk were clueless, tx calls to room service when requesting wine glasses (they were hidden behind television in the room) who charged $5.00 for delivery. Called concierge who was busy, front desk took message for concierge callback (never called back). |

beautiful hotel! Very friendly staff, great location the fact that they took the money from my credit card directly even tho Booking.com states it does not charge the credit card, this was quite a shock! |
