vi havde et rigtigt godt ophold. hyggeligt at de om aftenen havde lagt æbler på sengen og generalt været opmærksomme på os som kunde. værelserne er ikke så store. |

The service was excellent The Beds had a strange almost plastic layer to the bottom meaning you frequently woke up in a pool of your own sweat! Revolting. For a hotel costing in excess of $3000 for a week, charging for laundry services seems miserly. |

It was a nightmare. Trying to sort out tyhe crdit card debacle meant humiliation as we had to contact family about it and were locked out of our hotel room on two occasions. I am seeking US legal advice on the matter - they ruined our stay and thorugh no fault of ours. |

the proximity to everything in New York especially to Central Park. the fact that there was a loud bar on the first floor and a roof top lounge on the top floor for which patrons were given priority for the elevators instead of hotel guests. |
