Der Ausblick und die Größe des Hotelzimmers im 35.Stock. Wir mußten 4x den Techniker rufen, da die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte und es bei 10°C Außentemperatur sehr kalt war. |

Our stay at the Crowne plaza was a perfect choice for our holiday. The hotel, the room and bathroom was so clean and also smelt clean, the staff were also very helpful and polite. We also had dinner at there restaurant and drinks at there bar, where we found it to be very modern and clean. If we were to visit ny again there would be no other choice but to stay there again. There is nothing bad to say about this hotel. We accidentaly knocked a lamp off the table and broke it, we were a bit worried as it looked expensive, but when we told the staff, there was no fuss and they did not make us pay for it. For anyone visiting ny and looking for entertainment donot buy tickets for a comedy show if someone trys and sells you them as your walking down the street, we did |

The staff was very helpful, kind and always had a smile to make you feel welcomed. The room was wonderful just as the description on the website. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in New York. This would be my hotel of choise ! |

My room-- peaceful/private and wonderful view. A charming chamber maid. 1. The way two nights were at reasonable prices and the thrid was almost double the other two together. I was warned, but what was I expected to do? Move for the thrid night? Come off it...2. The new (?) bar is ill-placed: when there is a reception it is impossible to hear/speak to staff at receptions |
