Central location, ease of access to all areas of interest in the city. Staff also very helpful and friendly. The leisure centre was hard to book at short notice. Could not avail of facilities on offer. |

We stayed in the new part of the hotel and were upgraded to a suite probably because we were staying a week. The room and service was excellent the staff were very helpful weather was also a huge factor as it was lovely The Breakfast in the morning was Brill and kept us going for the day. |

Excellent location next to station. King sized bed. Rare to find hotel in Amsterdam with pool. We were also able to use the sauna and steam room for free. Reasonable price for 4 star hotel, but see below We arrived at 9am but room not available until 2pm. We specified a non smoking room and were not allocated this, but we were able to change rooms. The furniture in our room was shabby and chipped. There were also some stains on the walls. The decor of the bedroom appeared not to have been touched since the 1970s. Not what you would expect for a 4 star hotel. |

Location and staff members. Yes, I didn't like the carpets of the corodor or the room! they are old and little bit smelly! I suggest replacement of carpet with ceramic (easier to clean and more healthy). Thanks |
