Generelt meget tilfreds. Inkluder brug af trådløst net og tv i prisen således, at der ikke forekommer ekstra udgifter eller besværlighed med, at finde ud af proceduren. |

Nice hotel with nice rooms but far from city cost to reach amsterdam from hotel is not negligible. |

Swimming pool, free parking, courtesy bus to airport, convenient location This was not a family hotel. I was staying for 1 week with my wife and 3 children and the hotel is more a business hotel. There was no coffee/tea making facility in the room nor was there a mini fridge. To order tea or coffee in the room cost you 4.50 Euro per cup!! or you had to walk to the restaurant where they then charge you 2 Euros! Staff were ok but not that helpful |

It was quiet, clean and convenient. The name of the hotel (listed on the sign as Schiphol Hotel A4,with no indication that it was the same as the Van der Valk Hotel) was not obvious at the shuttle waiting station and so I took the wrong shuttle which took me far out of the way and inconvenienced the driver, who was kind to bring me to the hotel anyway. I felt compelled to pay him a good sum for the favor. |

The room was clean, and roomy. It was nice to have a ground floor room with patio out to a nice garden. As with many hotels in the Netherlands, they charge too much for breakfast - 16 euros, even for a 12 year old. |

The hotel was recommended by Airport staff as we missed our connecting flight and had to stay in Amsterdam overnight. The hotel was nice and the staff polite and friendly. |

The nice restaurant we had prepaid breakfast at check in, but then decided not to have breakfast (too early of a departure). The front desk was unable to credit my credit card and reimbursed me in cash, in Euros which I had no use for, or time to exchange - that was a real bummer - Now I have 45 Euros that I will have to pay to get exchanged into US dollars. |
