トランジットには最適のロケーション。空港内にあり、ほとんど歩く必要がない。 天下のシェラトンとは思えないようなお粗末な対応＆設備。これでこの価格は納得できない。が、ロケーションは申し分ない。 |

空港内にあり便利です．値段は高いですが，アクセスや設備を考えると妥当かなと思います． 朝食が高すぎるのが難点ですが，ホテルを出て空港内のカフェなどで食事をすることを考えると，まあしょうがないかと思います．朝からバーガーキング（24時間営業）で食事というわけにもいきませんし． |

2名、2部屋、1泊の予約が、1名､1部屋、2泊で予約されており、予約確認Ｍａｉｌのコピー無ければ、同僚1名は泊まれず且つ2泊から1泊のキャンセル料を、請求されるところであった。ホテル側の落ち度であったようで、最終は迷惑を謝罪したが、当初のスタッフの横柄な物言いは一流ホテルらしくない物であった。 |

Quiet room and clean. Comfortable bed. Two suggestions: 1. Put a small shelf in the shower stalls to hold the shampoo, etc. 2. The food in the cafe was terrible. Had to ask several times for water. Improve this! |

Location, cleanliness. They overcharged for the extra bed which was smaller , less comfortable and with bedding of lower quality compared with the bed already in the room. |

It was quiet and restful, despite being at the airport. I liked the amenities in the room, & especially welcomed the coffee maker. Also, I liked the fact that there was a dining option on site, a gym (which I couldn't use because my luggage was kept in transit), and limited, complimentary internet use. Hotel also had convenient access to the city. The price I paid was good. For me, it would've been helpful to have the information about the hotel (directly in the room) available in English; however, it's not a necessity. Would have liked more cream and sugar supplies in the room for the coffee/tea. |
