The staff at breakfast were extremely welcoming and friendly I fell on the stairs between the restaurant and the lobby, as they were very open and I couldn't get to the handrail as there was someone coming on the other side. However, they look very attractive |

Workout facility had poor hours. For us early risers it needed to be open earlier. Sunday it was open 2 hours only around lunch. |

Park and fly arrangement. Expensive taxi rides to and from airport due to shuttle not available for early departures, late arrivals. |

Room fair, breakfast fair ...but worse than the other hotels we stayed at during this trip. Shuttle service unpredictable (left before scheduled time at last pickup and taxis demanded 30 euros to take us to the hotel). Staff was not helpful and defended the driver. They were disrespectful to the 4 hotel clients who were inconvenienced by this occurrence--to the point of arguing we were not being truthful about the situation. |

quality in room was excellent and staff are very friendly, in fact traveling throughout Europe for 6 weeks in hotels, the staff in Holland were the best!!! Breakfast was excellent. The variety in the menu in the dining room needs to include special dutch items, when you travel so much a variety such as local delicacies is very much appreciated rather than the standard menu. |
