Easy to get to and Hotel offered everything I needed.

One small point - when I arrived it took about 15 minutes to get to a check in desk and then a further 10 muinutes to get checked in. This is acceptable if the desk is busy, but it was a fairly quite time when I arrived. Staff needed to answer the phone at the same time as checking you in, slowing the process.

Not possible to include price of breakfast in the room number item of the invoice. At check in Raymond said it was possible at check out he said it's not possible. No service what so ever. You don't have a map of Amsterdam. Nobody willing to explain or assist with some information of amsterdam. They said amsterdam map should be somewhere, I was looking and I couldn't find a map. They offered me the new Woman's Suite without my knowledge or request. It was a most delightful stay because of it. They went out of their way to ensure that I had an enjoyable stay, even allowed me early check-in at 10am.

Shuttle bus often slow and impossible to get late. I would not stay here for that reason. Taxis will not go to the hotel late as it is too short a run and the shuttle is a full all the time. What is the point of a airport hotel you can not get to...????

Friendliess of the hotel staff.

Waiting for the shuttle to and from the airport...too small. We had a group of 6 so often had to split up or wait for the next shuttle in 20 or so more minutes.
