It is quiet so that you can sleep long without being woken up by cleaning staff. The room could have been better cleaned. There were hairs in the bath tub and a lot of the furniture had a thick coating of grey dust. The reception on the tv was not good and every time the sink in or the toilet in the bathroom were used it resulted in a strong smell of sewage from the outlet in the bath tub. People at the reception were notyfied about this. Nothing were done about it. |

Location, courteous staff Disparity in facilities provided such as breakfast included in room charges in some cases and not included in some cases. Most hotels include breakfast in the room charges. |

helpful personnel, the rooms were really cozy (not as in tiny) overlooking the canal, really enjoyed been able to sleep up to 13.30 on the Sunday (late check-out policy) |

Staff were helpful and location is great. Decor of room and hallways, massively outdated, nowhere near 5 star standard. As a result I felt the hotel was poor value for money. |

The atmosphere was great and hospitable and surroundings where inviting and it was right around the corner from all your local amenities The origonal smoking room was not as nice as the non-smoking room, but I guess that is the penalty you pay for smoking. |

Hotel location is excellent, 3 minutes walk from Amsterdam central station, 5 minutes walk from Dam square - rooms are very comfortable, in the room - coffee kettle,minibar,iron.payable internet conection and gym. Reception team not very welcoming |
