Accessibilty other than by car poor due to major road wih no footpath. No Tea/Coffee facilities in room. Poor evening meal menu.

The staff, restaurant, location, and airport shuttle were excellent. I
was traveling with my dog, so the huge area of grass for her to pottie
and run around was perfect.

What I did not like is a concern of the accor organization!! The drive
from the airport to the hotel was stupid passing all other 3 hotels
changing bushes poor drivers took a rite of 45 minutes from the asirport
to the hotel. That never ever again because it is bad management to
think that your guasts our a bunch of cows. Sorry.

If you travel by car it's a good choice. Big size room, perfect breakfast, friendly staff.

1) Bus service to and from SChiphol could be a bit more frequent during rush hours. It is not bad but could be improved by for instance skipping the stops at various hotels on the way back from Schiphol.

Location and intensive service to the airport.

The room was too small and the bed and especially pillow was very unconfortable.The receptionist was not very hepfull.

Hotel used to have dedicated airport shuttle bus; now it shares one with three other hotels, increasing travel time, and decreasing the frequency of trips in each direction.

Room was clean and comfortable.

The shuttle bus run infrequently - once in an hour approximately, and it took 30 minutes to get to the Airport, not 5 minutes as it advertised, as it ran via 4 to 5 hotels. Shuttle buses ran are often fully packed with no seats available. It took at least one hour before you get to Amsterdam City Centre, very inconvenient.
