This 3-star hotel is located near the major roads leading to Amsterdam (A4 and A9) and is close to Schiphol airport.

A free shuttle service to and from the airport is provided by the hotel. 2 Ibis shuttle buses will be in operation from 04.30 to 01.30 every day. When in the arrival hall at Schiphol Airport, you can locate them by following the signs for Hotel buses. Once at the bus stop area, go to the stop marked A9 to find the Ibis bus. If travelling by train, your stop will be the Schiphol Airport Station. There is ample parking space at the hotel. This is free for the first 3 hours.

convenient room design; good shower, excellent bed and bedding

Shuttle problem: Shuttle bus: Your advance information was faulty. I was told every 20 minutes; I waited for an hour. But worse: driver did not take any heavy luggage pieces underneath, even though the bus had that capacity. This caused GREAT DIFFICULTY for me in boarding the bus with a heavy suitcase. I needed assistance from other passengers

There was a choice of restaurant within the Hotel.

The room i stayed in was just by the shuttle bus stop which made it noisy during the night.

Quiet rooms

Terrible service when the 5.15 am bus to the airport was full and was unable to take 12 people to the airport. All of us were trying to get there in time for early departures--the reason why we had chosen the hotel in the first place. The hotel staff did not seem to care and were rather unhelpful. Only after some of us complained loudly, the manager ordered taxis free of charge.

From my last review, I was gald to see that the fast food cafe now has extra staff on and the sevice has improved 100% I hope they keep to this standard of service
