The restaurant and the food was very good and services provided by nice people quite a difference with the cold atmosphere of the hotel.

The location of the hotel is really nothing.

This is a very nice stylish modern hotel.

Keep in mind the hotel in 10mins travel time from the city centre. Public transport is good though, just don't miss the 00:15 tram back as the night buses dont always leave on time.

The catering manager and front of house manager were good and provided
for my special dietary requirement at breakfast each day

The waiting staff were not well trained (possibly summer staff) and did
not refer me to the managers when they couldnt answer a query - they
just shrugged. I reported this to the front of house manager who then
provided excellent service

There choice of menus while there was nice, as well as the staff. They were able to communicate very well with us, that made the experience so much easier.

They are located in a difficult to locate spot in the city, so they need to bigger sign to tell you where to turn. You have to locate a different street than the one they are on just to get to the hotel. That was the only thing about my stay at this hotel that I was disappointed about.

automatic fridge charges you even if you move several cans in it. eventually I was charges for nothing and only realized it when left hotel. No breakfast is included for the 95 eur and it cost 17 eur for jam and bread.

The view and bed

Slow service. Hidden costs *Parling 15 Euros per day!!!!!! For example)
and not easy to access....really far.

Overally it was a nice experience.
