Attentiveness of staff at front desk. Convenience of room - darkening drapes, amenities. I simply needed a room to sleep for a few layover hours between flights, it was very convenient. |

The service was excellent and really friendly. Liked the little extras in the room. The fact that Internet access is expensive. We're used to free Internet in the USA. |

the proximity to the airport given my very early flight in the morning. I thought the fees for using the computer internet service at the hotel were very high. I have stayed at many comparable hotels where such a service is available at no charge whatsoever. |

It is convenient because of proximity to the Schiphol departure area The room was very warm, it took quite some time before someone came up to check the airco and although here was some improvement the temperature remained unagreable high, did cost me a bad night´s sleep. In hindsight they should have offered me/I should have demanded annother room. Upon leaving they asked me if I enjoyed my stay, so I described what happened. The receptionist sais she was very sorry, but that´s just words, not something tangible. I will not return to this hotel |
