HEM Hotel Amsterdam is perfectly located in the centre/west part of Amsterdam, only 5 minutes from the RAI Convention Centre, World Fashion Centre and World Trade Centre.

The hotel has been renovated and the lobby, bar, breakfast area and all of the rooms look as new! In the hotel you will find a food corner in the lobby where salads, sandwiches and pizzas are served. In the bar several snacks and a wide variety of beverages are also served.

This 3-star hotel is within 15 minutes drive of Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam city centre. All tourist attractions in and around Amsterdam can easily be reached by public transport or car. The reception will be pleased to help you to plan an excursion and give all the information required to make your stay unforgettable.

Wifi is free of charge only in the lobby.

Hotel did not have central heating. Heating provided by electrical heaters and air-conditioner. So there is some dampness in room. Bathroom has very cold tile floor. Floor would be wet if you take a shower, even if you close shower cabin door tightly.

Relaxed atmosphere, quiet location, good access to town, reasonably close to Schiphol.

Rather old fashioned shower. Room very cold on arrival.

Friendly staff

Quite far for a tourist, especially first timer in Amsterdam. Otherwise it's not very hard to get in Centrum. The room had a strange smell.
