The room, the design and interior is is excellent. Also the new the fitness area is nice.

What I did not like was the attitude of front desk personal, they refused to check me in if I did not pay the total bill in advance, this because of MasterCard authorization issues. Being a business traveler that's unusual, so I did pay the room day by day. Also the new swimming pool was out of order for several days.

Renovated hotel

I got a room for disabled persons with an open shower. When I took a shower the entire bathroom would be wet, there was no shower curtain or whatsover. Room was poorly cleaned. The hotel is quite boring.

I was attracted by location, price and description of facilities, unfortunately description did not meet expectations

Hotel is new and unfortunately Internet connection did not work, instructions were also unclear, night staff did not know about prepaid voucher procedure. Shower power was poor.

Frau an der rezeption war sehr unfreundlich, bin mit zwei kleinen Kindern gereist, niemand hat mir geholfen, die Taschen auf das Zimmer zu bringen, das Schwimmbad war nicht geoeffnet, habe dafuer keinen Preisnachlass gekommen, bin extra wegen des Schwimmbads angereist

Zeer comfortabele kamer, heerlijke bedden, mooie designed badkamer.

Erg moderne kranen voor bad/douche, we hebben 10 minuiuten gezocht naar een manier om het water uit het bad te laten lopen, maar de stop niet kunnen vinden...
