Friendly Service and Clean Room. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent but expensive. Hallway carpets were stained and need attention. Prices in the restaurant were steep although the food and service were both excellent. |

Nice and quiet - good quality Much too Expensive breakfast - did not have any poweradapters or network cables in the reception, allthough they announced it on their website, and in the roominformation. |

I am a regular biz traveller to Amsterdam and stay at the dorint always. So familiar surroundings. Attitude from check in staff. Room cleaning very pooor. Your confirmation promised flowers, fruits & newspaper. never saw them. And worst, I have been double charged on my credit card. How do I address this aspect. |

Very convinient to Airport, VG shuttle service with friendly and helpful drivers, always willing to help carry the luggage without being asked It looked as though a mass evacuation had taken place, the hotel was very empty on a saturday, never saw a person eating in the main restaurants. The staff seemed bored to tears and I dont blame them. There was a lot of dust under the bed when we moved it after recovering a cufflink. The beds are on wheels and easily moved, so no excuse. The rest of the room was very clean. |

Nice, new-looking hotel, bed was comfy, shuttle service prompt and easy to find. The special room keys needed to operate the elevators did not work on numerous occasions. Also, no bell hops to help with luggage. Room was a little on the small side for price. Shuttle service driver will not help with luggage. |
