Really nice staff, swimming pool open until 10 PM/ El personal es muy amable, la piscina está abierta hasta las 10 de la noche. the wardrobe area: no doors, no drawers and very little space to hang your clothes/ El ropero: no hay puertas ni cajones y muy poco espacio para colgar la ropa. |

El servicio gratuito de shuttle de y al aeropuerto es excelente, pero deberían aclarar en la pagina que hay que reservar espacio en los horarios de servicio. Los dos conductores que nos atendieron en el shuttle fueron sumamente amables y procuraron que tuvieramos toda la comodidad y hasta cargando maletas y buscando carritos en el aeropuerto. Fueron excelentes en su atención y en amabilidad soprepasaron nuestras expectativas los conductores del shuttle. La habitación es de buen tamaño y cuenta con camas comodas y limpias. La habitación fue reservada con 3 dias de anticipación y cuando llegamos aparentemente no aparecia la reserva. Tuvimos que entregar la hoja de confirmación para revisión en el front desk. Cuando llegamos a la habitación para dos personas, no teniamos suficientes toallas, y en el baño habián amenidades que habian sido utilizadas recientemente y medio vacias. |

the shuttle to the airport was very convenient and reliable and the drivers very helpful. the soundproofing in the room was terrible, you could hear every single plane. the breakfast was awful, certainly not worth the 12.50. the price when we arrived was significantly higher than listed on the booking.com site: the reservation price was 160 euros excluding only city tax, but when we arrived the total came to 257 euros (50 was for the breakfast but 47 euros in additional taxes!) |

The airport shuttle operates (free) every 30 minutes, quarter past and quarter to each hour, from bus stop A9 to the right as one walks out of the terminal. The WIFI internet is free but for some reason it seemed to be programmed to block logging on to my internet phone probably to encourage the use of the hotel telephone. |

The room is quite comfort. Just 15mins to airport with free shuttle service. Free WIFI coverages entire of the hotel. I'd recommend this hotel but not the restaurant. When i checked in, the receptionist let me and another guest wait for 15-20mins because he was busy helping 1 guest to access to the WIFI. When i come to the restaurant for dinner, there was no staff there. They have only 1 waitress as a waitress in the restaurant and bartender for the bar next there. Obviously they may need more staff. The food was not good |

easy acess to airport, food was good The bedding and towels seemed old and not quiet clean. New bedding and towels are need or either a new laundry service. We stayed here to be near the airport for an early morning flight. |

I appreciated the quick response to my request for pick up at the airport - even though the shuttle is advertised as run on a schedule. Also, at the front desk I did not have to wait at either check-in or check-out; staff was friendly and helpful. These things mean a lot to a business traveler on a tight schedule! |

It is conveniently situated close to the airport, and the shuttle service is a plus to any traveller. However it would have been good if the hotel specified that a reservation has to be made so that there will be enough time to get to the airport for your next flight, since the shuttle could be full and that could mean taking the next one s scheduled and missing your flight. |
