Airport Shuttle service. Sound-proofed rooms. The large selection of free tv channels available. Stained carpet and bed cover. The paper cups with the in room tea and coffee equipment. |

The onsite restaraunt was perfect for dinner The hotel automatically charges you for breakfast even if you did not eat it and then cannot give credit back to your credit card but tries to give you Euros instead. Because of the poor exchange rate at the airports, a credit on the card is much preferred. |

the shuttle to the airport was very convenient and reliable and the drivers very helpful. the soundproofing in the room was terrible, you could hear every single plane. the breakfast was awful, certainly not worth the 12.50. the price when we arrived was significantly higher than listed on the booking.com site: the reservation price was 160 euros excluding only city tax, but when we arrived the total came to 257 euros (50 was for the breakfast but 47 euros in additional taxes!) |

The airport shuttle operates (free) every 30 minutes, quarter past and quarter to each hour, from bus stop A9 to the right as one walks out of the terminal. The WIFI internet is free but for some reason it seemed to be programmed to block logging on to my internet phone probably to encourage the use of the hotel telephone. |

The dining room staff and the desk staff were very helpful - the shuttle to the airport turned out to be a god send and it was close to the train station at the airport to get to Rotterdam |
