el personal del hotel, el desayuno buffet excelente con una buena atencion,la mayoria del staff habla español con fluidez lo cual es bueno, estan dispuestos a colaborar en todo, la limpieza de la habitacion muy buena bajamos a desayunar y cuando subimos ya estaba todo limpio y en orden en la habitacion. el autobus gratuito del hotel al aeropuerto pasa cada 15 minutos y el viaje dura solo unos 10 minutos, las instalaciones del hotel muy buenas.todo correcto, la verdad es que quedarnos en lasafueras de amsterdam estuvo compensado con las buenas prestaciones del hotel, incluso salio mas barato aun pagando el trayecto schiphol = amsterdam que alguno en la propia ciudad y como los horarios sojn muy buenos puedes salir de marcha por amsterdam y volver a la madrugada al hotel. nada, todo correcto. |

It was clean, comfortable, a delicious breakfast in the morning with very courteous staff. The shuttle was prompt. My only suggestion is that the shuttle would be leaving every 15 minutes or so. If we would have missed our shuttle we would have had to wait for an hour for the next one. |

Location and the free shuttle bus service. The hotel is a bit far away from the airport and the shuttle bus was shared by a number of hotels; therefore, it takes much longer time to travel directly from the hotel to the airport |
