It was what is expected for the amount i paid. It is clearly a boutique hotel. This is somthing you should perhaps mention in the pitch for the ad,.

I didnt like the mistakes they made when i was checking in. There was a cue building up and i wanted to just go to my room. The staff behind the desk where arguing and not thinking in the best interest of the customer. Most of the people waiting could not speak English. This cause long hauled out problems. A £25 European book of get by quotes would not go a miss. This episode took 15 mins

comfortable, modern hotel--everything I could have wanted in a room. Newly renovated bathroom, big flat-screen TV, new A/C unit. Staff was very friendly, even when we arrived at 2:30am. Great location near tube stations, restaurants, and the park. Yes, the rooms are on the small side, but typical of European hotels in classical buildings.

Very good location and only a short walk from Bayswater tube station.

For a deluxe room in a four star hotel, I would have thought the room would have been bigger, there would be some sort of minor snack with the tea and coffee, a bath (although if I really wanted a bath in the room I should of checked) and a better view than an air conditioning duct and the window of the room opposite.

the staff was very nice and helpfull. it was our honeymoon and they all did their best in order to make it the best for us. the room was grate, they upgraded us to a ckub room and it has microwave, flat screen t.v and freezer. also it was very hot outside and the air con was grate. the location was very good and they have complementry internet. perfect hotel.

Nothing..the only plus was free internet

The rooms are very small...it is no smoking throughout..which is an inconvenience for smokers..there is no resturant no bar or mini bar

Miniscule room, Noisy (ventilation system? it was not the aircon for my room).
