The location of the hotel was excellent , very central, breakfast was
also good value

The room was very small, when I enquired about the room and if there
were any better quality rooms < I was informed that this was one of the
best rooms, however, I did see into other rooms that were larger. I had
also asked for a room with a view as we were celebrating an anniverisary
but this was obviously bot taken into account

rate included their breakfast--truly worth it.

Couldn't get room ac to operate above 65 deg F. Room size.

the location is very central and on a quiet street even if August is always somewhat quieter than the rest of the year, the Parisians are in vacation.

Its central location for me - all staff courtesy - good breakfast - really nice

Just small item - slower closing "spring-lock" on residents doors to prevent "banging" loudly on closure.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had endless request and questions for the staff, and they did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is very well located in the 1st district, 1block from the Louvre, on a quiet street, with 3 cafes on the corner, and the Metro 1/2block away.

Our 1st room was very small, clean, with no air conditioning as advertised. The room was exchanged for a very modern one that had been recently renovated. We very much liked the new room; it too was small but comfortable, relaxing, had a bit of a view(4th floor).

The room was very small, as expected in Europe, especially Paris, but very clean, modern and convienent to the Louvre. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a lot of choices and worth the additonal money for sure. I would stay there again. The free internet in the lobby using their computer or your own laptop was great. The staff was very professional and helpful.

Really nothing to complain about.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. We loved our room, especially the cleanliness of the room and the soaps and bath products.

The breakfast was included in our reservation, however, if it had not been, I think 14 euros would be too steep.
